Therapy with me is a deeply compassionate and holistic experience. I specialize in the mind-body connection and work with clients who experience stress-induced pain, helping them understand how emotional struggles may be contributing to their physical symptoms. Together, we explore your challenges and use evidence-based practices to help you heal emotionally and physically.
I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions. My in-person sessions are held in a unique, boutique-style office, creating a calming and safe environment to support your healing. Whether we meet in person or online, you’ll receive the same thoughtful, personalized care.
I offer 50-minute individual therapy sessions, and for those who want a more in-depth experience that integrates mind-body work, I also offer 75-minute sessions. Additionally, I offer the option for a partner or family to join a session to enhance healing and create shared support for challenges related to stress and pain.
If you’re experiencing stress-induced physical symptoms such as headaches, digestive issues, chronic pain, or fatigue, therapy can help you address both the emotional and physical causes of these symptoms. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, we will explore how these struggles are connected to your body’s response and find ways to release them.
I specialize in helping women with stress-induced pain, such as physical symptoms caused by anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new life stage, such as becoming a new mother or navigating challenges in your 60s and beyond, I use a holistic, mind-body approach to guide you through your journey toward healing.
While I don’t offer couples therapy, I do offer the option for a partner to join a session to support your healing process. These sessions are 60 minutes at $250 and can be particularly helpful when navigating stress-induced pain, life transitions, or emotional struggles related to relationships and family.
If you are experiencing stress-related physical pain like headaches, fatigue, digestive issues, joint and autoimmune or emotional struggles like anxiety, depression, or life transitions, therapy can help. By focusing on the mind-body connection, we can uncover how these issues are linked and work toward healing.
Booking is simple! You can contact me directly through my website or email to schedule your session. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit before you commit.
I currently do not accept insurance, but I can provide you with a Superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if applicable.
The length of therapy depends on your goals and needs. Whether you're seeking short-term support or a longer journey of healing, we can create a plan together that works for you, helping you manage both the emotional and physical aspects of stress and pain.

Yes! Therapy can still be helpful even if you don’t feel like you have a major issue. If you're struggling with life transitions, stress-induced physical symptoms, or emotional overwhelm, we can work together to restore balance and resilience. My approach focuses on the mind-body connection to help you navigate stress and improve your overall well-being.
