Therapy with Culinary Art Interventions

A unique, hands-on therapeutic experience that combines talk therapy with mindful culinary activities. Designed to help process emotions, reduce stress, and foster a deeper mind-body connection. No prior cooking experience is needed.

What is Culinary Art intervention?

The kitchen has always been my sanctuary, a place where the warmth of the oven, the scent of fresh herbs and spices, and the rhythm of stirring, mixing, and creating brought comfort and creativity. As a child, I watched my mother and grandmother transform simple ingredients into nourishing meals and homemade breads, each dish infused with love, tradition, and care. Preparing food became my language of expression, a way to nurture myself and those around me.

Now, I weave this lifelong passion into my work, combining my love for the culinary arts with my training as a health coach and my holistic approach to mental health. I believe that food is more than sustenance—it shapes our mood, influences our well-being, and holds the power to heal.

I want to invite you into my kitchen. Together, we will slow down, engage our senses, and explore healthy, nourishing recipes—both savory and sweet—that feed the mind and body. Whether it's the soothing process of kneading dough, mixing ingredients, or the warmth of fresh-made meals filling the air, every step is an opportunity to cultivate self-care, connection, and healing.

Let’s rediscover the joy of preparing food—not just as a daily task, but as a therapeutic practice that nurtures from the inside out. One dish, one moment, one mindful step at a time.
